The new Papio College Foundation, established on Nov. 19, 2008, has the purposes of supporting the college, ensuring the management and quality education of students, as well as raising the necessary financial means.

Friends of Papio College Association
In addition to fundraising, the association has always also wanted to encourage contact between alumni through possible involvement in school activities and by advocating for such initiatives.
It is an association established in 1967 with the intention of involving and motivating especially the College's alumni to "promote the educational and training activities of Papio College, with the personal contribution of its members and with adequate financial aid" (see Association Statutes).
In the new management context created with the advent of the Papio College Foundation, the association reaffirms its support and attachment to the Ascona institution through the appointment of an ex officio member to the Foundation Board, guaranteeing its cooperation and support to the school's management as well.
With an eye toward a future with ever broader horizons, it is particularly important to point out that membership in the association has never been limited to alumni of the College. The designation "Friends" leaves more and more room for all those who actually appreciate Papio College and wish to become active in person or through contributions, not least the parents of current students.
In order to ensure that Papio College will always have a modern and current future through its message as a Christian school linked to clear educational values and rooted in the regional and cantonal context, membership in the association is therefore of particular importance for the full realization of its goals.
